Vacant Home Staging
When it comes to selling a home, first impressions are everything. Our Vacant Home Staging services take a curated, property-specific approach, thoughtfully selecting furnishings, art, and décor that complement the architecture and character of each home.
We consider scale, layout, and the home's unique features to create spaces that feel intentional and inviting. The result is a home that photographs beautifully, stands out in the market, and helps buyers form an emotional connection from the moment they walk through the door.
Occupied Home Staging + Consultations
For homes that are already furnished, we offer personalized consultations as well as select occupied staging services. We work with what you already own, thoughtfully editing and rearranging furnishings while layering in pieces from our inventory when needed to create a cohesive, market-ready home.
Occupied staging is offered selectively, allowing us to focus on homes where our curated inventory can complement the existing furnishings, architecture, and character of the property.

PROCESS
Initial Consultation & Walkthrough
Let’s get together! We will meet to do a walkthrough of the property and assess the layout and architectural features. We will then create a tailored staging plan and provide a quote within 24 hours.
Agreement & Staging Design Plan
Once a staging date is secured and the contract has been signed, we will create a customized design plan thoughtfully selecting furniture and accent pieces to highlight the home's best features.
Staging Day
On staging day, our team will deliver all of the furniture and decor we've carefully selected and begin set up. Our goal will be to ensure each space flows naturally and create an atmosphere that potential buyers can envision themselves in. Once the space is transformed, it will be ready for photos and/or open houses.
De-Staging
Once the home is sold or no longer needs to be staged, we return to de-stage the property, leaving the space in its original condition.
